Anton J. Scharnell

Founder and CEO

Anton J. Scharnell is our fearless leader, the CEO and founder of 360° Innovative Marketing + Communications. Anton brings 20 years of successful marketing experience to our team and clients, including his effective tenure as marketing and communications director for one of the Midwest’s largest institutional food service companies and he has provided marketing consultancy for myriad entities, including restaurants, night clubs, corporate charter yachts, physicians, political organizations, law firms, corporate wellness programs, art studios, health clubs, and various charitable organizations. Anton’s creative insight and passion for marketing keeps our agency current with the latest trends and innovations. Anton is an active member of the American Marketing Association, Academy of Marketing Science, National Restaurant Association, and Society for Healthcare Strategy & Development.


Dr. Sheldon S. Greenberg

President | Co-Founder

Dr. Sheldon Greenberg is the Medical Director and Cofounder of the 360 Healthcare Division and has also been in private practice since 1972. He is board certified in general psychiatry and addiction psychiatry by the American Board of Medical Specialties. He has an additional certification in forensics with the American College of Forensic Physicians. He is currently the medical director of the of a prominent health management company. He was the former Corporate Medical Director of the Lifeline Chemical Dependency Program from 1985 through 2002. While a major in the U.S. Army, he served as chief of the mental health and drug abuse program at Fort Sheridan, Illinois. He has served as a consulting psychiatrist for diverse organizations such as the San Francisco Giants Baseball Organization and the U.S. Marshall Service including their witness protection program. He was involved with the Chicago Police Department in hostage negotiations. He has done psychiatric and chemical dependency disability and various other forensic examinations for such diverse organizations as the U.S. Postal Service, Chicago Police Department and a state Department of Professional Regulations. He is currently an attending psychiatrist at Louis Weiss Memorial Hospital. He has been interviewed on tv, radio and print to address psychiatric and chemical dependency issues.


William B. Crawford

Director of Public Relations

William Crawford is a former writer, reporter and columnist for the Chicago Tribune. Bill brings the power of the pen to the 360 team and clients, ensuring effective and elegant communications for your practice or company. During a 23 year career at the newspaper, Mr. Crawford garnered virtually every important award for journalism excellence, including a Pulitzer Prize. During his last eight years at the Tribune, he was assigned to the Business Section where he chronicled fortunes of the Chicago Board of Trade, Chicago Mercantile Exchange and other national and international exchanges. Bill left the Tribune to become Vice President in charge of media relations for the Chicago Mercantile Exchange and the Chicago Board of Trade. Bill also co-founded a niche public relations and crisis management firm which focused on small and mid-size LaSalle Street trading firms, Chicago area corporate executives, and financial markets.


Joseph Allen Black

Director of Operations

Joe designs and develops innovative promotions — from pitch through on-time delivery — for top consumer brands including the American Dental Association, Broan-NuTone, Rolling Stone, Disney and Nickelodeon. Nicknamed “Joe Black” for his strict all-black dress code, Joe’s produced compelling and engaging interactive and print advertising campaigns, logos/ID materials, books, magazines, comic books, signs, catalogs, CDs, websites and lots more. Mr. Black’s disciplined layout and design, asset management and print production expertise empowers our clients to successfully develop everything from billboards to banner ads.


Mitch O’Connell

Chief Creative Officer

“The Prince of Pop Art”, Mitch O’Connell is a beloved, cherished and respected leader of the “Lowbrow” art movement and one of the greatest illustrators of all time!* Inspired by Pin-ups, hot-rods, comics, sideshows and all things kitsch, cuddly and curvaceous, he takes the vintage and makes it contemporary with his distinctive, eye-popping Pop Art imagery. He’s happy to play nice and follow instructions with illustration assignments for nearly every publication on Earth. Magazine work includes Newsweek, Time, Rolling Stone, New Yorker, Entertainment Weekly, GQ and Playboy! Overnight deadlines met for newspapers include The New York Times, Village Voice, Chicago Tribune and dozens more! He’s been featured in the world of rock ’n’ roll on album covers and posters for groups from The Ramones to Weezer to No Doubt to Moby! Mitch’s doodles are utilized in advertising campaigns for major companies from McDonalds to KFC, 7-11 to Coca-Cola! And when he’s not working with an art director, his fine art paintings have been exhibited in sold-out gallery shows from New York to Berlin, Tokyo to Miami and Hollywood to Mexico City.


Veronica Marcin

Search Engine Optimization

Veronica Marcin is an expert in all facets of digital marketing, public relations and advertising. Before coming to 360° Innovative Marketing + Communications Healthcare Division, Veronica cut her teeth working for a national retailer and an internet magazine, where she developed her unique approach to managing the critical areas key to successful online marketing. These critical areas include digital advertising, building an organic online presence, and analyzing and reporting on marketing performance.


Kolly Low

Social Media Marketing Strategist

Kolly Low is 360° Innovative Marketing + Communications Healthcare Division’s social media marketing strategist. A graduate of DePaul University with a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and Advertising, Kolly guides a variety of Chicago-based companies to boost their social media presence and reputations to increase website traffic and conversion rates, i.e. the number of customers who have completed a transaction divided by the total number of website visitors. Kolly abides by a single rule in caring for 360 clients: “Inspire yourself; be inspired by others.”


Alexander Knox

Director of Business Development

Alexander Knox, Director of Operations, is responsible for providing broad management oversight to 360’s day-to-day operations. His past professional achievements place him at the forefront of his central position at 360. His handles all administrative tasks associated with contracted vendors, maintaining the integrity of service agreements with third parties, and partnering with department heads to create aligned goals and a unified presence across all aspects of 360’s business goals. A graduate of the University of South Florida, Mr. Knox arrives with an impressive resume. He was Number Eight in the entire U.S. for overall rankings in sales of all AT&T Corporate Business Sales Consultants.


Mike White

Creative Director

Mike is a Published Commercial Photographer with expertise in producing corporate, event, product and fashion photography. He’s worked with public relations agencies, event planners, marketing photo buyers, advertising agencies, and fashion designers.


Omar Marquez  Mercerón

Programmer

Omar holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science and is currently certified by many leading technology providers. With over 10 years’ experience as a software engineer, he has developed applications in diverse fields and settings including comprehensive e-commerce solutions and systems networking.
